Palle here, with a little look behind the curtain on the visual side of creating Thomas Alsop. Hidden in all 8 issues are gems you probably missed. Here’s one of those gems.
One of the small contributions I made to the book was sadly overlooked. In issue #2, Thomas is going to Alsop Manor with a hangover and a cup of coffee (as described in this post). He takes the cup with him into the study, the room in Alsop Manor that only The Hand can enter.
Look at this image and you can see this exact event has played out many times before.
After all, if only The Hand can enter, who is taking out the trash? Certainly not Thomas. He probably doesn’t even notice the place is strewn with coffee cups left behind from his many visits. Question is: Did you notice?
